Energy Transfer

In the topic of energy, I learned that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred from one form to another. This “law of conservation of energy” made me think about how we use electrical devices, where electrical energy is converted to light or heat. In our experiments, we used springs and weights to show the conversion between kinetic energy and potential energy. When the weight falls, potential energy turns into kinetic energy.

I also learned about different forms of energy, like kinetic energy, potential energy, thermal energy, and electrical energy. What impressed me the most is that energy conversion happens everywhere in daily life, from riding a bike to using a smartphone. All these conversions follow the rules of physics.
